You are bidding on the gem of the Lisapalooza auction: a stay of 5 days and 4 nights in a beautiful Winter Park, Colorado home. The owner describes it as follows:

"Our home is professionally decorated and spacious enough for large families. There are 6 bedrooms, 5+ bathrooms, two complete kitchens, three fireplaces, a huge game room and much more. The back deck has a large hot tub with a view to die for. It is not unusual to have elk, deer and an occasional moose walk through the back yard. We have a private stocked lake in our area with beautiful rainbow trout. Humming birds galore in the summer. Whether you choose the beautiful winter, or the beautiful summer, you can't go wrong as there is so much for you and your family to do and explore. From hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park, to cross country skiing out our back door with miles of trails, you will fall in love with this quiet, exquisitely appointed retreat. In the winter, we are 10 minutes from great skiing and snowboarding. Again, you can cross country ski or snow shoe out our back door."

We are so grateful to this donor for his family's tremendous generosity. The home is not in a rental pool and has only been used by the owner and his family. The following restrictions therefore apply to this item:

  • Home must be used within one year, by August 23, 2015.
  • The following dates are excluded and are not available for use:
    • December 20, 2014-January 4, 2015
    • March 8-22, 2015
  • Winning bidder must sign a Short-Term Rental Agreement that includes an assumption of liability for damages to the home.
  • Winning bidder must pay refundable $200 damage deposit to owner.
  • Winning bidder must give owner at least thirty days' notice of dates the home will be used.
  • Home may be used only by one family.

Bidder should contact his or her personal accountant about the tax deductibility of this donation.
